EPIC Charter School Parking Lot

We worked with the Architect and Owner to prepare the improvements for their new facility.  BWRDG provided the civil site engineering, site grading, utility, parking and detention pond design. The new building was a mixed-use facility of office and industrial space.  Due to the limited parcel of land, a creative site plan and detention pond was needed to meet the City requirements and the Owners desires.   This project required coordination with the City of Oklahoma City for the site plan, detention and utility approval.

BWRDG provided the civil site engineering, site grading, utility, parking and drainage improvements for the new mixed-use office and medical building.  The project required coordination with the City of Warr Acres for the building and site approval, the City of Oklahoma City for the fire supply line and utility connections, and the Oklahoma Department of Transportation for the driveway access and permitting.  Also, a complete drainage review was completed to verify the finish floor elevation adjacent to the exiting body of water (FEMA Floodplain) near the site.
